腔腸素（Coelenterazines）
Description/產(chǎn)品描述
Coelenterazines是來自Renilla 、Aequorea和其它海洋生物的螢光素酶，通常用作真核細(xì)胞表達(dá)分析的細(xì)胞現(xiàn)象的指示劑或報(bào)告蛋白。海腎螢光素酶經(jīng)常被用作轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控的報(bào)告子，而apoaequorin 經(jīng)常被用作鈣指示劑。
可以應(yīng)用于以下相關(guān)分析研究:
- 報(bào)告基因分析（Gene reporter assays，i.e., Luciferase）
- 全動(dòng)物分析（Whole animal assays，i.e. In vivo imaging analysis）
- 生物化學(xué)分析（Biochemical assays, i.e., ELISA and Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer [BRET]）
- 活細(xì)胞鈣離子檢測分析（Live-cell assays for the detection of calcium ions）
- 細(xì)胞/組織中活性氧分析（assays for reactive oxygen species[ROS]）
Coelenterazine（native）： Renilla和apoaequorin的發(fā)光底物。 分子式：C26H21N3O3。 分子量：423.5。
Coelenterazine-h：其發(fā)光強(qiáng)度比野生型腔腸素高10-20 倍，是檢測Ca2+濃度細(xì)微變化的有力工具。分子式：C26H21N3O2。分子量：407.5。
