CR1424：聚丙烯方形24深孔微孔板•由聚丙烯制成（由HJ bioanalytik公司生產(chǎn)）•17x17 mm，40 mm深的方形孔•便于細(xì)胞離心的金字塔底部（中心孔中的顆粒）•每孔體積：11 ml•建議培養(yǎng)體積：2.5 ml•典型搖動(dòng)條件：225 rpm/50 mm，或300轉(zhuǎn)/分/25毫米•上表面：用恩澤screen壓平/拋光•分別用恩澤screen在0.1 M NaOH和HCl中解毒（去除浸出物）（每個(gè)4小時(shí)）•非常堅(jiān)固的板，可重復(fù)使用多次•用于培養(yǎng)目的的長(zhǎng)期“記錄”：已被許多研究小組使用多年（包括微生物菌株和動(dòng)物細(xì)胞）•可高壓滅菌（如果需要，頂部有三明治蓋）
