SR-X超靈敏單分子蛋白檢測系統(tǒng)是Ouanterix公司最新推出的基于Simoa@技術的桌面型分析儀。致力于幫助研究人員在一個緊湊、高效的系統(tǒng)中獲得超高靈敏度的蛋白質(zhì)和核酸檢測能力。SR-X可同時在血液中直接檢測高達4種生物標志物,樣本體積小,幫助節(jié)約珍貴的樣本和降低實驗成本，同時數(shù)據(jù)具備重復性和準確性。研究人員可使用超過80種Simoa@商品化試劑盒檢測重要的生物標志物,適應各種樣本類型,靈敏度比傳統(tǒng)ELISA高出1000倍，可檢測正常和疾病情況下的生物標志物水平。此外,SR-X還為研究人員提供了更為靈活地客制化實驗(Homebrew方案,用戶可自行開發(fā)新的靶點,從血液中檢測蛋白質(zhì)(Protein)、核酸(Nucleic Acid)或者miRNA等標志物,不再需要復雜的提取和易出錯的擴增步驟。整體檢測靈敏度與全自動的HD-XTM分析儀保持一致,操作靈活,適合廣大科研工作者的實驗需求。
