EP歐洲藥典中的格式要求

一、文本要求
1、各論描述中，名稱(chēng)只出現(xiàn)一次，其余位置使用“the substance to be examined" or "the preparation to be examined"。
2、EP描述中，操作條件沒(méi)有特殊規(guī)定的，均指在室溫下15～25?C。
3、各論描述中，若存在交叉引用，詳細(xì)描述都放在檢查下。
4、數(shù)字都使用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字符號(hào)。
5、溶劑未指明，均指水。
6、溶液配制時(shí)有注意事項(xiàng)的，都寫(xiě)在開(kāi)頭，如 ：


  • Carry out the test protected from light. 檢測(cè)過(guò)程中需避光。
  • Prepare the solutions immediately before use. 溶液需現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用。
  • Store the solutions at 2-8 °C and use them within 6 h / 8 days. 溶液需在2~8度下貯存并在6h/8天內(nèi)使用。


7、幾種溶液混合的，按體積/重量大小排序，小的在前，相同的時(shí)候按字母排序。
8、各論標(biāo)題名稱(chēng)，活性成分在前。同時(shí)需明確水合物或溶劑合物組成。
9、EP對(duì)稱(chēng)因子要求主峰的在0.8～1.5之間。
10、等度方法不給運(yùn)行時(shí)間，通常為3倍的主峰保留時(shí)間。
11、液相溶液描述：
  • Solvent mixture 稀釋液
  • Solution A. 溶液A
  • Buffer solution 緩沖液
  • Test solution. 供試品溶液
  • Blank solution. 空白溶液
  • Resolution solution. 分離度溶液
  • Reference solution. 對(duì)照溶液
    If there are several test solutions and/or reference solutions, these are designated (a), (b), etc.
