This test bench, with its excellent performance in accurately simulating faults, is designed based on modular mechanical dynamics simulation and multi physics field coupling analysis concepts. It can highly reproduce typical fault modes of gearboxes and rotor transmission systems in industrial scenarios, helping research teams achieve significant breakthroughs in rotating machinery research.
江蘇理工大學(xué)相關(guān)科研負(fù)責(zé)人表示,在引入該測(cè)試臺(tái)后,團(tuán)隊(duì)在齒輪箱故障診斷研究中取得了顯著進(jìn)展。通過(guò) PT500 測(cè)試臺(tái)精準(zhǔn)復(fù)現(xiàn)齒輪磨損、斷齒等故障模式,科研人員獲取了大量真實(shí)有效的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),為開(kāi)發(fā)更高效、精準(zhǔn)的故障診斷算法提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)支撐。目前,團(tuán)隊(duì)已基于這些數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)表多篇高質(zhì)量學(xué)術(shù)論文,并與多家企業(yè)達(dá)成合作意向,將科研成果逐步轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)力。

The research leader of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology stated that after introducing the testing platform, the team has made significant progress in the research of gearbox fault diagnosis.
